FHC: Mixed Apartment [2B+G+10]

The project site is situated at “3 Kuter Mazoria,” near Tor Hailoch, in an area surrounded by private residential quarters. The design features two twin apartment complexes connected by shared commercial floors at the base and basement parking levels. Each tower operates independently with its own vertical circulation system, including two elevators and conveniently located staircases. Each floor comprises eight apartment units, offering a mix of two- and three-bedroom layouts.
